Beachfront Rentals at Isla Verde, PR.

It was very clean and had everything we needed at a very good price. It was a little bit of a walk to get to our room with all of our luggage.

Great host, super communicative. Would highly recommend. Really nice location in Isla Verde, right by the beach. This is a condo in a high rise building. The building is a bit run down but the unit itself is very nice, clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

Sandra’s place was a perfect location and the condo was excellent. It is near the airport and you hear all the planes taking off by but it gives me comfort knowing people are visiting La Isla Del Encanto. Puerto Rico siempre de levanta! 🇵🇷

We had a great stay at Sandra’s place! Sandra was friendly and quick to reply to any questions. The beds were comfortable and the place had everything we needed - toiletries, beach items, and a stocked kitchen. You can hear planes due to the close proximity to the airport but it didn’t bother me at all, and there are earplugs if needed. We had a car, but it would be a short Uber from the airport and to many places, and walkable to to the beach. We would definitely stay again!

Apartment met and exceeded our expectations. It was right on the Isla Verde Beach. All we had to do was walk out of the building and enjoy the beautiful sea and sand. It was super clean and Sandra was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

The place was clean and in a good location. It’s very close to the airport and as it says on the description you can hear the planes on and off. They provide ear plugs, if you are a light sleeper you should also use white noise, it helped us sleep better. If you need anything, Sandra is there for you. Thanks!

What a wonderful stay! Thank you so much to Sandra for an exceptional check-in/out process, as well as providing such a beautiful apartment. We loved our stay, and loved being right by the airport. Private pristine, and gorgeous beach right behind the apartment building was to die for. All in all, 11/10 experience, and if we ever return, we know where we’re staying!

Sandra runs a great rental! The location is great! You have a view of the mountains and the beach from the 10th floor. The building had beach access to a beautiful beach.. you can walk over to the Courtyard next door for an ocean front meal. Sandra includes plenty of amenities such as parking, washer/dryer, kitchen items, boogie boards, cleaning supplies, and she’s even nice enough to include body wash/shampoo/conditioner & disposable razors! The apartment is clean and spacious and there are plenty of beds (king, two twins, futon). She was very welcoming and the check-in process was seamless. We would love to rent again next time we’re in town.

Im from Puerto Rico and now I live in Florida, I recently stayed at Beachfront Wave at Isla Verde, beautiful Airbnb in Puerto Rico, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views and the cozy, modern atmosphere of the property. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. the outdoor patio area was perfect for evening drinks while enjoying the tropical breeze. The location is fantastic, it’s in front to the beach, and there are great restaurants and shops nearby. Sandra was incredibly welcoming, offering local recommendations and even providing a list of hidden gems to visit in the area. This stay made our trip to Puerto Rico truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious vacation spot! Thank you again, Sandra!
