This modern condo is open concept (studio-like), please note that there are NO DOORS separating the two rooms. When you walk in you will see the kitchen to your right which is fully equipped, has 3 barstools and a coffee station. The living room is very spacious, has a comfy couch, smart TV, wifi and a game console. The master room has a king size bed, 2 nightstands and 2 closets, it is open to the dinning room and living room; you can watch TV from the master bed. The second room is smaller and has a twin size daybed with trundle (accommodates 2 people), the laundry is also in this room. The only door inside the condo is that of the bathroom, which has a rainfall shower and all the bathing essentials.

1. Lost of keys or parking tag will result in a replacement charge of $150 each. 2. Quiet hours after 9:00pm. 3. No smoking or illicit drugs. 4. No unregistered guests or pets. 5. Rinse sand off at outside showers upon return from the beach.

1) The condo is in very close proximity to the airport. Therefore, occasional air traffic noise must be expected. Disposable earplugs may be available for your use. 2) This is a condo and, although this should not be a major concern, I can't be responsible for the scenery or way things look outside of the entire inside of the premises. 3) The entire island occasionally experiences unexpected power and water outages. The building has a generator for the common areas but not inside the unit.
