Sandra was a wonderful host and took care of us well. Sandra assisted me with adding special touches to make a celebration even more exciting. The apartment is right on the beach, there is accessible guarded parking, and there is lots to do within driving distance.

Sandra was very proactive with her communication before our stay even began. She was very generous in offering suggestions of places for us to go and things for us to do. We also told her we were in town for a concert and she was even able to help us facilitate our plans for that! She was an excellent host and has a beautiful home

The price was amazing compared to staying anywhere near old San Juan and it was only a 15 min drive away from anything. The beach was like a 4 min walk away. Isla Verde beach was amazing because it was more private than the other beaches. The place had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. I also liked that the facility had security 24/7 The water for the building kept getting shut off because the area was having issues. It made showering and using the restroom tricky. We had to go next door to the Marriott to use their restroom a few times.

I had an amazing stay at Roberto’s place during my trip to Puerto Rico for the Bad Bunny concert! The location was perfect— close restaurants, and nightlife, but also tucked away enough to relax after all the excitement. They also gave a great recommendation to take the train to the concert which worked perfectly.
The apartment was clean, stylish, and super comfortable. It had everything I needed, from great air conditioning, to a cozy bed and reliable Wi-Fi. It felt like a home away from home.
Roberto was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering local tips and making sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.
I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m on the island—highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Sandra’s place! Sandra was friendly and quick to reply to any questions. The beds were comfortable and the place had everything we needed - toiletries, beach items, and a stocked kitchen. You can hear planes due to the close proximity to the airport but it didn’t bother me at all, and there are earplugs if needed. We had a car, but it would be a short Uber from the airport and to many places, and walkable to to the beach. We would definitely stay again!
